Vestibular physiotherapy
Vestibular physiotherapy is a specialised area of physiotherapy for people
experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance or unsteadiness.
Treatment may include specific exercises to help your brain adapt to changes in the balance system, improve balance and confidence, and reduce symptoms triggered by movement. Vestibular physiotherapists can also assess and treat BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
