Jess is an accomplished vestibular audiologist who has a passion for the audiological assessment and care of patients with hearing and balance concerns. She started her career at the University of Melbourne Audiology Clinic where she was trained by internationally recognized experts in the field of vestibular assessment and adult diagnostics. At Ears in Balance, with well established skills in leading evidence based vestibular audiological practice and patient centeredness, Jess creates a quality diagnostic service that also helps patients to better understand and manage their symptoms.
Dr. Luke Chen
Dr. Luke Chen is a neurologist and neuro-otologist. His clinical and research interests include hearing and balance disorders, vestibular physiology and eye movement disorders in neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis and movement disorders. He undertook a Fellowship in neuro-otology with Professor Michael Halmagyi and his group from 2010 to 2014 in Sydney at Institute of Clinical Neurosciences, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital/ University of Sydney. His PhD thesis examined quantitative head impulse test, electrical vestibular stimulation and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials in central vestibular disorders.

Kay is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with 15 years experience leading three local government organisations, (Maribyrnong, Greater Geelong and Port Phillip). As a CEO Kay was responsible for managing budgets of $200million and 2,500 staff members. She has successfully established her own business providing leadership training and executive coaching to CEOs and senior leaders. She is the Practice manager at Ears in Balance
